MAC & Win access
Seems like if I subscribe I have to select one. I thought I had seen where you would have access to both versions if you subscribe. I may be switching to the MAC version and thought I could test drive it. Has this changed

I have both versions running on my iMac - using Parallels/Win10 for the Win version.

My opinion - QMac is almost there for my purposes. In fact, if some odd circumstance forced me to chose one over the other starting tomorrow - I would likely choose to go forward with QMac. I am committed to the Mac and thus could stop having to run Parallels and Windows for QWin. Actually, I'll probably continue with both versions for the foreseeable future - it is one of my main hobbies.
QMac still lags behind QWin in the investment tracking and reporting/analyses areas. This is not a big issue for me as I am retired and my investment activity is very conservative - buy and hold - preservation of capital - minimum risk, etc.. I rely heavily on my broker/advisor in making investment decisions.
As for non-investment accounts, I find QMac ahead of QWin in some areas. I prefer the flexibility of the account registers in QMac - including the ability to configure the registers and to filter/search for info. I spend less effort generating reports to answer simple questions.
The final choice is a highly personal matter - how do you use Quicken - what features are most important to you. The answers/opinions are going to vary widely among users. You can see this wide range of opinions if you follow this forum closely.

Thank you
1: Your transactions will match if they are the same payee and amount. The information is provided when you download transactions from your bank.
2: The "vault" has been moved to what is called a Keychain. In the article attached, replace the words "Quicken ID" with the word "Quicken." This will show your passwords that are saved in your Mac. If you need to remove any password, choose one of the passwords and click on the "Edit" menu and choose "Delete."
