  • Called a "supervisor" at TD Card Services...same line..."aware of problem, working on it"...told her it's been 3 months and it's 2019....if they can't fix something in 3 months they clearly aren't working on anything

Well, thank you to everyone on this thread for the information! I thought I was losing my mind. My TC Card transactions stopped downloading in late November and I have been having to manually enter them; total PITA. I just send TD Card Services an Service Request, but based on the responses here, I don't expect much to happen.
Since TD Card Services doesn't seem to care about this issue, I'll be switching over to my Amex Blue; I would suggest other members look into this card as they offer 6% back on purchases made in grocery stores and 3% back on purchases made at gas stations and 1% on everything else. TD can pucker up and kiss my a**.
  • Here's a work around i just found much further down in this string.  i used it and it worked just fine.  makes quicken think the QFX file is from State Farm! it's not as complicated as it looks at first glance. when you open the file in wordpad just look for the lines that have FID and INTU numbers, change them to the number below and then resave the file in wordpad.  once that's done you can then import the file into quicken without the pop up blocking it as unrecognized.  here's the work around:
"I got tired of waiting for this to get fixed.  Here is a workaround.  Download your QFX file.  Open it in Wordpad.  Change the FID and INTU.BID values to another valid number and save, which you can get from another CC QFX if you have one.  (I used 17154 which doesn't have active webconnect but QFX only).  Link the account when you open it to your TD CC.  You will have to do this EVERY time you import a QFX."
