Latest Patch (18.4) Did Not Resolve Transaction Deletion By One Step Update

Since the discussion related to this issue (Not resolved: RESOLVED 12/19/18: Previously cleared transactions appearing as "new" in Quicken for Windows) was closed I am opening this discussion. Ever since the 2019 version of Quicken for Windows was released, doing a One Step Update resulted in numerous transactions being deleted from my accounts resulting in many "NEW" downloaded transactions. When asked I provided problem reports with data to Quicken Sarah for analysis and test. With the latest patch (18.4) I tried the One Step Update. This resulted in the same problems occurring. This issue has been going on a long time. I would really appreciate a resolution to it. Thank you.

At the request of Quicken Sarah I created this new post because the latest patch did not resolve the issue. It's been over a week and there has been no response. I'm getting very frustrated with Quicken.

UPDATE: Just ran Quicken and an update (18.15) was available for installation. I installed it and ran the One Step Update. Unfortunately, transactions are still being deleted from my accounts. Records from 10/10/2017 to 2/8/2019 have been deleted. I noticed not all transactions in that time frame are deleted, but most are. I really wish this issue could be fixed. Quicken Sarah, let me know what I can do to help you with this problem. Thanks.

Are you using the Quicken Cloud, and the Quicken Mobile App and SYNC ?

markus1957, I had been working with Quicken Sarah on this issue. She closed a previous post when patch 18.14 was released. She said to open a new post should the patch not resolve the issue.

ps56k, I do not use Quicken Cloud, the App, or SYNC. Everything is local to my computer.

Since my last post I was never able to get resolution with the One Step Update causing cleared transactions to become uncleared or even deleted from my registers. I was able to work around this issue by updating the accounts individually instead of One Step Update.

With the most recent patch (R18.16) I was hoping this issue may have been addressed. It was not so I will have to continue with my work-around. Too bad.  :( I've been a dedicated Quicken customer for years. It's not worth the pain of changing to a new product, but I'm no longer a fan.
