Problems with Citi Double Cash Download

I am a new Double Cash customer and having problems with downloads.  Getting double posted transactions.  In this mornings download, on Feb 20, the as of date for the download was Feb 17.  That is, the online balance was from Feb 17, and a transaction from Feb 18 was not downloaded.  -- Maybe this is related to the recently reported problem of not being able to obtain any downloads.
