Deleting Mobile accounts - Quicken for Mac 2019

I turned on Mobile Sync in Quicken Mac which did a sync.  I now have it off.  How do I delete the accounts that have been uploaded to the cloud?  I see old accounts that I am not using. I may want to use mobile sync to track cash.  Is there a way to turn on selected accounts, i.e just cash.
