Downloading past accounts from Chase

Hello all...
I just purchase Quicken subscription for Mac. The sync worked fine but it only sync'd transactions in my checking account from 3/27/2019 forward. However, I need everything from January 1, 2019. How do I sync past transactions?

Hello terri.kirsch. Appreciate your question.
In order to get the data from anything prior to 3/27/2019, you would need to access your bank's website and choose to download a series of transactions to a QFX or Web Connect file.
Which bank do you have your accounts with? We might be able to point you in the right direction..
