Bank connection

in Download, Add/Update Accounts (Mac)
I just downloaded Quicken 2019. I have been using 2016, and it seemed to transfer my data over okay.
however, the Update icon does not work. It appears to be starting, but then just stops and does not connect to Logix Federal Credit Union. Please advise.

    It is working now. Just needed to restart computer after installing 2019 version, I guess.

    How long has this issue been happening? Are you getting any errors when you download transactions? (Window > Account Status)
