USAA Bank Update Credentials issue

The Update Credentials dialog box does not allow me to push the "Submit" button in Quicken on the Web. It accepts the username, password, and PIN but the Submit button does not work. I have tried it in Chrome and Firefox on my updated Windows computer.

    Is it asking for the same credential message in your current version of Quicken?
