MassMutual Retiresmart?

Is this FI still not available for Quicken Download? I've been getting so much conflicting info from MassMutual themselves, but it's not in the Quicken instiiution dropdown list, that I can tell. (MassMutual Trust is something different.)
Has anyone been able to set up a MassMutual Retiresmart Account in Quicken 2019?

I think that means no, it can't be done, but I am not entirely sure!

More frustrating: neither their quarterly statements nor their online generated activity reports offer any detail, so even if you wanted to enter transactions manually, you don't have all the information.

What information do the statements provide?

If they break out what investments you holdat the end of the quarter, how many shares of each, what your contributions were, and what the ending value of each was, you can get a pretty good picture of what is going on in the account.

Even if it is just your contribution amount and ending balance, you can have something.

It gives only dollar totals. No share amounts or share values. Maddening. Could I dig for the information online and somehow find it all? Probably. But, wow, I'd rather just move my money!

Create a fictitious security and value it at $1.  Adjust the # shs held to match the statements.

To be clear "Adjust the # shs held" means use the Added or Removed transactions to make the number of $1.00 shares match the balance on your statement.

Do not use "Update Share Balance" AKA "Adjust share balance" because that will put confusing Placeholders in your account.

That's what I would do. Is this an IRA? Move your money to one of the recommended brokerages. The destination brokerage might be able to pull your intact shares (whatever they are :)).

It's actually a 403(B), so not as easy to move, as it is an employer based plan. Need to look into whether I can just move stuff a couple times a year, perhaps.
But yes, thank you for the various work around ideas, all!
