Quicken is not pulling my husband's income from our joint account.

I'm trying to set up a budget and am new to Quicken. When I enter the information for my joint account with my husband, the only income the is pulled from the bank is mine.

Not sure about Q Mac, but in Q for Windows you typically use two separate categories, for tax reporting purposes:
"Salary, self" going to W-2:Salary or wages, self
    and
"Salary, spouse" going to W-2:Salary or wages, spouse
    (or similar category names)
Do you have and use both categories?
Have you selected both to be included in your budget?

Thank you for trying to help, but I am a newbie and I do not understand your answer. I am setting up my account and when I put in the account information for quicken to pull my banking, it is only pulling my income. Everything else shows up.

When you download from the bank account it should get all the transactions, both deposits, atms and checks.  What do you mean by income?  Does your husbands paychecks go into a different account at the bank?

I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
