Why does Quicken poll my bank every day?

I have recently begun receiving security emails from my local bank regarding attempts to log into my Quicken account from an "unknown device or browser." The account is NOT set up for downloading transactions
The bank provides the IP address for the attempted access and I tracked that back to Quicken.

IP: 206.108.41.108
Decimal: 3463194988
Hostname: ccagg07.intuit.com
ASN: 14436
ISP: Intuit
Organization: Intuit
Services: None detected
Type: Broadband
Assignment: Likely Static IP

I've been getting one these type messages at least once a day for over a week now.

By the way,  Intuit no longer owns Quicken.  Maybe it's for something else.  Did you ever use QuickBooks?  Turbo Tax wouldn't be doing that.

I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

This is true, but as far as I know, Quicken still relies on Intuit servers to perform aggregation for Express Web Connect.

Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

I have been receiving the same notice from my credit union on a daily basis and wonder what is going on. I have used quicken for years, before it was sold by Intuit. There is no reason that Intuit would be attempting to log into my account, so assume it is some connection still with Quicken.

    The IP address is: 206.108.41.107

    IP Lookup provides the following:
    Name: INTU-Q-A-NET
    Handle: NET-206-108-40-0-1
    Registration Date: 12/1/08
    Range: 206.108.40.0-206.108.47.255
    Org: Intuit Inc.Org
    Handle: INTUITAddress: 2535 Garcia Avenue
    City: Mountain View
    State/Province: CAPostal
    Code: 94043
    Country: United States

I cannot find a way to ask either Intuit or Quicken about this. Anyone have any more information?
