Mobile App reports bad login for credit card accounts while Windows 2019 client has no issue

The Android mobile app is reporting that the account login information for three of my credit card bank accounts is incorrect even though the Windows application (Quicken 2019) is having no problem. I can also log in to the bank web sites successfully.

The web has been populated by the cloud sync function on the Windows application. When I try and update my credentials on the mobile app, it tells me there is a login error even though I know for a fact that the credentials are correct. It occurs on two American Express accounts and one Chase account. Any insight on how to resolve would be greatly appreciated.
