Edit Schedule in Bill and Income Reminder problem

I am trying to edit the schedule of a bill in Bill and Income Reminder in Quicken for Mac 2018.
When I put in the new date and save, nothing happens the date does not change. My Quicken is up to date. Any ideas or is this a bug?
