Credit Union stopped downloading

Within the past two weeks, my credit union accounts will not update. All of my credit cards will update. Please advise.

I've had this problem with mine as well on the PC. Here is my fix for it, don't know if will work on the Mac or not.
Go to the account screen and then inactivate download transactions for ALL the accounts from that institution (in my case, it's like 8 so it's a major pain in the butt).
Then go back to your primary account and add transaction download back to one account. If everything succeeds, Quicken will show you ALL the accounts you just inactivated again as available and will try to match them to the correct account. Make sure they are mapped correctly and then proceed.
Again, YMMV, but this is what I do on the PC every blue moon or so.5

I had that same problem recently with my CU, using Express Web Connect. The steps that Michael Jones outlined should correct it. Just be careful when adding the new accounts, that you use the drop down menu to link the new account with the correct one of your existing accounts, rather than selecting "Add New".
