How to change account transaction timespan

I want to see my bank and credit card transactions from January 1, until today. I have downloaded those accounts into Quicken for Mac, but I can only scroll back to April. I have tried resetting the transaction timespan to year-to-date and Last 12 months, but nothing happens. What can I do?

Most banks only provide 90 days of download history. You may be able to download a QFX file of transactions going back further from your bank's website, but it depends on the bank.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s6
