Payee List isn't updating on Quicken Mobile

I've deleted most of my payees from the payee list in Quicken Mac 2019, because I wanted to have fewer payees showing up in the payee list on Quicken Mobile.
However, Quicken Mobile for iOS and Quicken Web are still showing ALL of my payees, including all of those that I deleted from the payee list in Quicken Mac 2019. How do I get rid of all these payees from showing up on Quicken Mobile?

Reset you Quicken Cloud: "EDIT" + "PREFERENCE" + "Quicken Id, sync & Web" and click on " Reset you Quicken Cloud data". Good luck!5
