My bank has disabled any third party tools, how can I import a qfx file anyway?

Recently CoastCapital Savings has disabled third party tools. But I can still export statements to a qfx file. However I can't import it in Quicken. Using the new subscription. I get the error CC-885. Is there a way around this that does not mean I'll be typing everything manually?

You will likely be manually entering things.

If your bank has decided to cease partnering with Quicken, then all import ability will be shut down. This includes the QFX import file import-the file has to be verified as a supported bank before import.

BTW - this looks like a credit union in CANADA -

This is the current entry in the Quicken FIDIR file -
but from over on the Windows side -
so, maybe the Mac world has been closed down.

Thanks, I may have to enter it manually for now.
Yes it is a credit union in Canada. The bank is currently changing how users can log in. Their "old" method it was probably all working fine. I've used Mint without a problem. But this new method I guess isn't allowing it.

Seems like this FIDIR file is the same on my end (not allowing me to post links):
    23775 23775 23775 Coast Capital Savings BC
    <link> 1-250-380-3100
    <link> ACTIVE BANKING,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT NOT_QBP NA

    Thanks so far :)

Yes. I would check back from time to time. Banks/CUs make changes on the back end (Service Providers, etc.) that might (temporarily) break Quicken support.

Who really knows what your CU means with "disable third party tools." Aggregators like Mint? Support for Quicken?
