Scheduled items not syncing across platforms

I worked on a Quicken document on one computer, scheduling three payments for next month. I synced. Checked my phone and other changes I'd made had synced across so I thought I was good to go. Later I was on another computer, sync the Quicken file, and only one of the three scheduled items appeared. Why would this happen? Very disturbing that syncing is not bullet proof.

    Bummer, why would that be, and why would it sync one item and not the other two? That seems very strange.
