Chase CC502 error is back

I see that Chase fixed the problem on 08/04/19, however as of 0811MDT 08/05/19 I am still getting the error and I have to manually update (download import) 8 accounts, which is very time consuming. Any idea as to when/if this will be fixed or is this the new normal?

    Chase Bank is temporarily blocking all third party access while they work on a production issue on their end.

    Customers will be unable to connect to Chase and will primarily receive a CC 502/102 error when attempting to add or update accounts. This will affect both QWin and QMac users.

    Chase has not yet provided an ETA on when this block will be lifted.

    RESOLVED 8/4/19

    Chase has provided confirmation that this issue is resolved and the block has been lifted. All Quicken for Mac and Windows users should no longer receive a CC 502/102 error when attempting to add or update accounts.

    Still having a problem downloading account info from Chase Bank. Your info said it was resolved but as of 8/5 there is still a problem.

    I'm still having the issue as well - did everything that was suggested. Error is the CC-502.

    This was fixed once (2-3 days ago, Chase account) with chat help from Quicken. Now it is happening again and I can't recall how problem was originally fixed.

    I am still getting the same error code. I just contacted Chase, and the rep did not know of this problem.

    I suspect Quicken Support may have reset your user profile.

    Community shows the issue with Chase returning CC-502 as resolved. I am still receiving the CC-502 message, today 8-5-19?

    Good call. I tried the Update Now and it broke the bottleneck and the accounts updated. Thanks

    Another user in another discussion stated that following the instructions in the link provided by @Sherlock resolved the issue.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
