Cannot update accounts with USAA FSB; no problem with accounts at other banks

If no one else chimes in with more information specifically about this bank, I can suggest that the usual rule of thumb is to wait a couple days to see if the problem resolves itself, and if not, contact Quicken Support. They can look at the log files in your Quicken to see what response Quicken is receiving when it attempts to connect, and if they verify the problem you're seeing, they should be able to escalate this to their connectivity team to investigate and work to cure. the faster multiple people report this, the faster it's likely to get addressed.
Sometimes financial institutions -- even the largest ones -- simply block online downloads if they think they have a security issue they need to investigate or fix. More often, the financial institution has made some change in their website that Quicken will need to be adapted to work with.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935

For some reason, USAA now makes me reenter my password and sends a code by text every time I want to download transactions. It's a pain. Not sure if that's your problem but if you need to download them you can go to Window -> Account Status and fix the USAA accounts. Unfortunately you have to do this every time.0
