Identity Verification Step for Omega Federal Credit Union

Hi there! I'm trying to connect my checking account at Omega Federal Credit Union. The web login for the credit union has an additional "Identity Verification" step before entering the site's password. Quicken doesn't seem to realize this and so is failing to connect. How can we add this "Identity Verification" step to Quicken?

    You should contact Quicken Support. If you do it during the week via phone support, the agent can screen share your Quicken to see what you're seeing. This sounds like something they would need to escalate to their connectivity team for them to contact the financial institution and make the appropriate changes to Quicken to be able to connect.
