Activating Quicken Bill Pay [edited]

Ok, Quicken cut off bank support for my software I was using Billpay with, and forced me into Quicken Online. I am with Bank of America who no longer offers direct connect to customers not grandfathered in, so Billpay was my only automated, integrated option.

I was told to cancel my current Billpay account and create a new one, which I did. Never got the small deposits to my Bank of America account, called and they said I had cancelled. Opened a ticket, no results. Again advised on second contact I had cancelled. I have now twice filled out the new account forms and still get the same b.s. from Billpay.
