Anyone else having problems with Alerus?

One Step Update does not work with Alerus. Says my password is wrong, but it is not. I can log on to Alerus just fine with it. I cannot reset or deactivate the account because it says the password is wrong. I cannot create a new account because it says the password is wrong.
On the General page of Account Details my Account Number and Customer ID have somehow changed...and I cannot edit them.
I am able to download from Alerus, but I would prefer to use One Step Update.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
