Fidelity NetBenefits - Error OL-295-A - might be VPN usage related

Message: Your financial institution has rejected this transaction. For more information, contact your financial institution. This started in the past week. I can use my credentials to manually log into the website and view data. Quicken is no longer able to connect. I also deactivated the account and receive the same information. Quicken is not able to communicate with Fidelity.

Just finished a 90 minute session with Quicken support, who solved my Fidelity OL-295 issue. My problem was related to upgrading to Quicken Premier 2020. It was a long and lengthy process of resetting the "branding" information for Fidelity within Quicken 2020, and then deleting all the temporary internet files used by Quicken in Windows 10 for the online update.
In Quicken 2020, Tools>Online Center>(select Fidelity NetBenefits from Financial institution drop-down)>(select 401K account from Account list)>(CTRL-SHIFT select Contact info)>(tick Financial institution branding and profile)>Refresh
then...
File>File Operations>Verify file
then...
Shutdown Quicken
In Windows 10, Settings>Storage>Disk C>Temporary files>(tick Internet Temporary Files)>Remove files
Start Quicken and downloaded updates from Fidelity Netbenefits 401K are now working.8

It would be nice if Quicken would let me cut/paste the error message so I don't have to type it in manually when contacting Fidelity.
Are we shouting at the darkness here? I don't see any response and/or solution.
and just did a One Step Update to Fidelity Investments and Fidelity NetBenefits...
all is good - 6 accts - mutual funds, IRAs, 403b -

Want to add that Roth and 529 Fidelity accounts work fine.
Fidelity 401k however fail with OL-295-A
