Betterment.com account type is Unknown/Ignore

When I try to add accounts from Betterment.com, it sees both my Taxable and IRA accounts, but does not allow me to add them with the type being displayed as "Unknown" and no actions other than Ignore. Is this only halfway implemented?

    Don't you start the Quicken ADD ACCOUNT process
    by selecting what type of acct on the screen - and then selecting the company
    Here is the config for - Betterment - looks like Investments only -

  • Yep, I'm using that screen... but the last step in the process doesn't allow me to add the accounts.

    When I open your image file, I get nothing but a blank white rectangle. Please try to capture and re-post the image.

    I always thought that downloading investment account information required Direct Connect as the connection protocol. Express Web Connect is only good for banking - type accounts (checking, savings, etc.)

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
