I cannot print reports since I switched from Windows 7 to windows 10.

How do I correct this so I can print reports?

There are TWO menu items for Setup Printer .... one for Reports, one for Checks

Have you done the FILE, Printer Setup (in Q)  since the switch?

Yes, I have tried and completed "validate & repair . I have printed email attachments and a file from My Word Start program. Quicken seems to be the only thing I can't print a report from.

As @NotACPA asked, have you tried going to File --> Printer Setup --> For Reports/Graphs...? When the window opens, is you printer listed? Use the down arrow to see all the printers in the Printer: box.

    OK, let's try an experiment.
Do CTRL-A and look in the "# of Transactions" column to find your account with the LEAST number of transactions ... and double click on it to select it.
That should take you to the account register.  From there, do CTRL-P.  Did that bring up the "Print Register" dialog?  If yes, click on PRINT.
    Did that work?

    Another experiment:
After you click on Print as @NotACPA recommends, click on Print Preview. Does the preview work?

When I do Control - A do I do this while in Quicken? Also just so you know I do not pull transactions directly from our checking account if that matters.

I alway chose the one for reports as I do not write checks in this program.

Where else would you be able to "Print Register", or select the account with the least transactions???

I am sure it was a dumb question as far as you are concerned. Sorry but I am not the computer whiz you are. So I tried it Ctrl-A and I tried Ctrl
A and got nowhere. I will talk to my tech in the morning and won't take any more of your time.

Do you understand that CTRL-A means "Hold down the CTRL key and hit A"?
That's not "computer whiz" stuff ... that's kindergarten.
AND, have you tried taking a look at Quicken Help?  That's the F1 key.

Yes, I knew to hold down the Ctrl key and hit A. Thank you anyway!

SO, did you follow the instructions AFTER you hit CTRL-A?  Sure doesn't sound like it.

Sorry... but I prefer to give MENU commands that can be easily followed for help vs keyboard  shortcuts

I fixed it myself, or should I say it fixed itself as when I turned the computer on this morning and it worked. Just shows you don't have to be a geek, maybe just a wise kindergartener. Thanks every one!
