Security Alerts for "certificate you are viewing does not match the name"

Options
:| Getting 4 Certificate Security Alerts for 4 accounts when trying to process One Step Update:

All 4 say the same thing: "This certificate is intended for the following purposes: Ensures the identity of a remote computer"
Issued to: *.apostolicchristian.org
Issued by: Amazon
Valid from 1/15/19 to 2/16/20

Certification Path:
Starfield Class 2 Certification Authority
Starfield Services Root Certificate Authority - G2
Amazon Root CA 1
Amazon
*.apostolicchristian.org

The 4 accounts are Best Buy CC, Chase, Lowe's Consumer Credit Card, and Maurice's Credit Card. None of this makes sense to me.

It's prompting me to install the certificate but I'm not sure about proceeding with this.

Do you have a relationship with the Apostolic Christian Church of America? I'm baffled why that would appear in the error message and I'd be wary of installing an unknown certificate.
