hit retry button and just cycles

obviously my internet connection is working otherwise I could not make this post

    I suggest resetting the Quicken ID associated with the data file:
    1. Select Edit > Preferences...
    2. Select Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts
    3. Select Sign in as a different user
    4. Enter yes
    5. Select Sign Out
    6. Enter the original Quicken ID
    7. Enter the original Quicken ID password
    8. Select SIGN IN
    9. Select Done

    Did you just reinstall Quicken on a computer?
    If so, which version?
    -splasher  using Q since 1996 -  Subscription  -  Win10
    -also older versions as needed for testing
