Are 'memos' included in reports using often-used payees?

I am relearning Quicken via the 2019 version for Mac. In creating reports, I do not see the option to include memos. Seems this would be helpful in seeing for example, which car you filled up gas in a given month. Otherwise, each vehicle would need a separate category or subcategory.

I also use tags to designate which vehicle.
You can, however, show the memo in reports. In the Category Summary and Payee Summary reports, there's a checkbox upper right to show the memo. I don't recommend those reports though as they much less flexible than the newer Transaction report.
In the Transaction report (click Create Transaction Report...) click the Columns button at the top and you will be able to add any regular register column, including Memo/Notes.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s5

In Windows Quicken you can add a Tag to a transaction and sort reports by Tag. You can even add a Tag Column to an Account Register. I think Mac has Tags too.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
