ONGOING 11/16/19: 10/10/19 Errors when updating Vanguard accounts

We are seeing reports of error messages for Quicken users who are attempting to update their Vanguard accounts.  You may see an error message OL-221-A.

We're working with our partners to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.  If you would like to be notified when this issue is resolved, please 'follow' the alert here by clicking the star on the upper right of this thread.

    We have received notice that Quicken Users should no longer receive a OL-221-A error when adding/updating accounts with Vanguard.

    Some Users may instead receive a OL-332 or "invalid login" error.  If this error is received, please go to the Vanguard website and change the password then try to add/update accounts in Quicken once more.
