I am nervous about resetting and deleting my Quicken Cloud data. I have a lot of data pre Cloud!

    +2 worked for me too

If this isn't fixed so I can download stocks, I might as well not have Quicken Deluxe.

I posted this earlier. This worked for me. I called Quicken support. It appears the cloud data is corrupted. Here's what you do to reset it so your cloud data replace it with your local/desktop data:

I run the Mac version. I don't know if it's the same clicks for the Windows version.

    Quicken|Preferences|Connected Services

Under Cloud Account you should see Reset. Click Reset.

Quicken will prompt you to confirm and provide you with an explanation for what it's doing.

    It solved my problem.
  • I am having the same issue with my Fidelity accounts. December 16th

    From Quicken menu bar:
    File—> Save a backup
  • What's the status and estimated time to get this back up? Customer of quicken since 1992!
