Sound Not Working in QWin

    I want to restore sound to quicken. I have Quicken 2011. I went to Edit>Preferences then click on Setup on the left column. Then a window opens up where you can click on Turn On Quicken Sounds then click OK. But that did not restore my sound and when I clicked on that in the search it brought up 2 people that I assume had answered the ? but I could find no way to se their answers. Can anyone help me with this?

    Go into the Sounds Control Panel and make sure the Quicken sounds are all properly associated with sound files. Quicken's sounds may be found in
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Quicken\Sounds

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription on Win10 Pro.
