Invalid Password

I've been having difficulty with invalid passwords recently when entering Quicken Deluxe 2020. When I click on Forgot Password I'm told to enter my Quicken ID (email address) to receive an access code. I've requested such a code several times over the past several days by e-mail. I have not received a code yet. What is the problem receiving a code???

    I've tried all of the suggestions in the link you provided. Still not getting a code. However, for some reason now I cannot gain access to my quicken file since I am not able to change my password without an access code. I'm getting very frustrated with issue!

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them help you fix your Quicken ID problem.
