How can I hide unused securities in my Quicken for Mac Premier 2020?

At present, you cannot hide securities you no longer hold.5

Meanwhile, you can add your VOTE to Add ability to hide currently unused securities.
First, click on the underlined link above to go there, then click the little grey triangle under the VOTE count at the top of page 1 in the blue banner, so your vote will count for THIS feature and increase its visibility to the developers by seeking to have the features you need or desire end up in the latest version (it may take a moment for your vote to register).

Are you wanting to get rid of them in the new transaction popup list. Here are a couple of workarounds:
1. If you don't care about the history, you can delete all transactions that involve that security. You will then be able to delete the security.
2. Rename the security to start with a "z". At least then it will be at the end of the list, making it easier to select from the active ones.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s0 -
