Chase Visa download is missing 8 months

My Quicken is showing January 2019 for my Chase Visa and then October through present. It's missing February through September 2019. No new card, no issues. I tried setting up my password again to see if that helps and I get a message that there was a communication error and AGGREGATOR_IN_ERROR (CP_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND:api.database.account.notfound). Please help. I need this info

Most banks will only let you download 90 days of transaction history via Quicken Connect or Direct Connect. I'm not sure how you got the January 2019, but this explains why you can't get Feb thru Sep.
But the good news is that Chase will let you download the Feb thru Sep transactions as a QFX file which you can import into Quicken Mac. (This assumes we're talking about a regular Chase Visa card accessed at chase.com and not some branded card accessed via a different website.) Here's how you do it:
Pull up your account at Chase.com. At the top of the transaction list:
1. Choose Search from the popup
2. Choose Specific Date Range
3. Specify Feb thru Sep
4. Click Filter:
In the next window, click the Download icon:
In the next window, select Quicken Web Connect (QFX) from the middle popup menu, then click Download:
You should end up with a file like this in your Downloads folder:
Double click that file to cause Quicken to open it.
At this point, Quicken may just import it right into your account. However, Quicken may see it as new and ask you to create a new account with those transactions. If that happens, no problem. Just let it create the new account. Then select all the transactions in the new account and drag/drop them into your existing account in the sidebar. Then delete the (now empty) new account.

So if I was just setting up my Quicken now I wouldn't be able to go back more than 90 days?1

That is correct using Quicken Connect or Direct Connect. But using the QFX import, you could go back as far as the bank will provide data.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s0
