When trying to open Quicken i get a quickenPatch.exe erro any suggestions?

    What is the Error ?  
    That program is responsible for the install of any Quicken downloaded patches. & fixes.

    How are you starting Q?  If you're clicking on a desktop icon, try RIGHT clicking on that icon and then clicking 'Properties" at the bottom of the dialog.
    What does it say besides the "Target Type" label?
    And if it says "Application", what does it show as the "Target"?
