Having problems with password vault, creating a budget, and everything else since the new patch

Ever since the patch in December & January, quicken has been unusable. My password vault does not store the passwords. No accounts can be updated. My budget was deleted. When I create a new budget, Quicken crashes. What is the deal and when will this get fixed?

Thank you for giving those steps a try, although I apologize that they didn't work to correct the issue.
I would next recommend running the Validate & Repair tool on the data file from the File menu > File Operations > Validate & Repair option.In the Validate File window that opens, click the top box to "validate file" and then click OK.
When the validation completes, a data log will open in Notepad, please let us know if any errors or issues are found/repaired, and when ready close and re-open Quicken.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
If you haven't done so already, I would start by uninstalling using the QcleanUI utility and then reinstalling the Quicken application.

No, this did not solve the issue.
Password vault is still not saving the passwords.
Even when Quicken One Step update completes, and states "5 transactions updated," there are no new transactions in the register.
This has been going on for over a month.0 -
