Actuals for some categories are twice what they should be

In the Planning/Budget view, I have some categories which show double the amount for actuals. The Transactions view shows the correct transactions and the correct amount. However, in the main planning/budge view, the actuals are double.

I have a screen shot but not sure how to post here.

    Thanks UKR ... however, I do not see the options allowing for uploading of attachments. The only option I see is the ability to insert a smiley face.

    As a new user you may not have the full set of options yet. Until then, try to either drag and drop the image into the comment box or try Copy (CTRL-C) and Paste (CTRL-V)

    In addition to the two register transactions, are there also scheduled reminders due in the same month, but not yet recorded?

    Yes there are scheduled reminders but they were already recorded. The two register transactions were a result of the reminders.

    Without seeing and working with your data file, I can't say what's causing this problem.

    First let's try some "Troubleshooting 101" to ensure the Quicken software is installed and updated properly and that your data file is in good working order.
    Please perform all the steps in this document:

    If that doesn't resolve the issue, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

    Thanks for the help. Really appreciate it. Did the troubleshooting 101 step and the double entry in actuals still exist ... I will try giving Quicken a chat. Thanks again.
