Problems with "Bills & Income" screen

Some bugs/problems/questions with the Bills & Income screen.

On the screen located at "Bills & Income > Bills > All Bills > Next Instance":

1. The column for "Type" always appears empty, even though we have edited all the instances to say "Bill" for "Type".

2. How do we sort by the "Account Name"? The Account Name is listed on each row, but we can't sort by it. We'd like to sort by this column to very easily & quickly see the future bills in order of account..

3. What do the 2 columns represent that have the paper clip & the dot icons?

4. We need an extra column for SCHEDULED FREQUENCY. In this new SCHEDULED FREQUENCY column, it would show "weekly" or "monthly" or "annually" or "custom" or whatever. In the old Quicken 2007, this column existed, and it made it extremely easy for us to see at-a-glance how frequently our different bills are occurring. But now, in the new Quicken 2019, we are forced to manually edit each instance one-at-a-time and then click over to the "Schedule" tab — just to see what its scheduled frequency is! This is very inconvenient, takes multiple different mouse clicks, and it also gives us a lesser sense of control over our own upcoming bills!

Thanks!
Scott

    Hello @Scott Rose

Thank you for taking the time to share your observations and feedback with the Community, although I apologize for any frustration or inconvenience experienced.

    1. The "Type" column will indicate if a scheduled transaction has been linked to an eBill. If the scheduled transaction has not been linked, the type column will remain blank. Once linked an icon will appear in the Type column to indicate the eBill is linked.

    2. The ability to sort by Account Name is not currently available, I apologize. If you would like to see this functionality added to Quicken in the future, please submit an Idea post requesting this feature, explaining how this feature might be useful for you.

    3. The paper clip icon is for attachments. The dot icons are actions that can be taken on the biller.

    4. If you haven't already, please submit a new Idea thread requesting an additional column for scheduled frequency be added.

The Idea posts are reviewed by our Product Teams for insight on what future features/functionality our Users would like to see added to Quicken.  Ideas may be voted on by other members of the Community and the more votes an Idea receives, the higher it is prioritized for possible implementation.

I hope this information is helpful and please let us know if there are any further questions/concerns the Community may assist with.

    Thank you again,

    Sarah
