Cannot Get Citibank Account to Update on the mobile app

No issues on the Desktop app, that updated just fine with "Update Accounts"
On Quicken Mobile App, getting error message.
I have done the thing where I go to my Citibank account to authorize the app and have 10 minutes to perform the action. The error message I get in Quicken Mobile when I swipe "Fix This" states: Information does not match with our record. Please make sure you select the correct Financial Institution and enter correct username/password.
