Except it's been almost 24 hours and no update to the message or anything on the front page of the support site. For something so HUGE it should be prominently displayed.

Hi @CityguyPA.
Apparently this is a known issue - this is the suggested approach to fix it:
Go into Preferences.
Sign in as a different user, but Sign in using the exact Quicken User ID and Password.
This information comes from a different thread, same problem but it works.
