Why are my President Choice Mastercard transactions loading "backwards" in the Quicken register?

I am downloading transactions from Presidents Choice Mastercard and when they show up transaction register, the charges are showing as payments and the payments are showing as charges! I don't have this problem with any of my TD accounts (bank or VISA).

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

Have you entered it as a bank account instead of a credit card?Using Quicken since sometime before the beta test of Quicken 6 for Windows in 1996...

I just updated Quicken and now when I download my credit card transactions they all show up as credits instead of debits. Of course this has played havoc with not only my new transactions but all of my old ones. Help please! My credit card is Presidents Choice (Canada)0
