More data from Bills and Income>Spending Over time in Quicken 2020

The display is very good. I can click on a dot and get data for that transaction but not the date. Is there a way to have the date show there too, or have abscissa show more details?

I assume you mean the cash flow graph under Bills & Income>Projected Balances. I find that graph useful as well.
No, you cannot modify that graph (scale, etc.), nor can you navigate to the underlying transactions that each dot represents.5
