Chase Bank checking acct won't sync with Mobile app

I can sync numerous accounts to my mobile device (iPhone 7 on latest iOS), but not my Chase Bank checking nor credit card accounts. The mobile app keeps saying there's an issue with my credentials. I'm entering them in right as this works from the Quicken desktop software and logging into the bank direct from a browser. It's only the iOS app that's having the issue, and only with this 1 bank.

Why does this one account do this? Have other Chase customers had this experience?
