The old Quicken Bill Pay double billed me
I followed the instuctions to close my old account in Feb 2019. Apparently, it did not close successfully and I was charged for two accounts -- until I saw the error and closed the old account again in Oct 2019. I want to be reimbursed for the 9 months when I was double billed ($9.95/mo, total of $88.99).
