Is it poss to add a bi-annual option in the bill and income reminders?

My state DMV vehicle registrations are done on a bi-annual basis and now each year I receive a bill reminder which is a confusion.

Every other year would be setting monthly reminder to 24.

biannual = occuring twice a year
You can set your DMV reminder to Monthly, every [6] months.
Another option is actually called Twice a Year, e.g., Twice a year, on [9/1/2020] and [4/1/2021], if the payment dates are not exactly 6 months apart.

Sorry I should have said the registrations payments are due every other year.

No problem. It's easy to confuse biannual (twice a year) with biennial (every other year).
Why did the old English let the Romans add so many Latin words to the English language? Sigh!

As @GeoffG stated, set Monthly to every [24] months.
There is no "Yearly, every [x] years" option, but it has been requested to be added, among other improvements: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7352236/new-frequency-for-scheduled-reminders-both-q-windows-and-mac
