Converted to Windows 10 - Can't get into Quicken!

After updating to Windows 10, I'm being asked for my Intuit ID. When I enter my ID and password, I get the message, "An unknown error occurred." I tried "can't remember ID", and "reset password", and in both cases get this message: "This site can't be reached. Redirect’s server IP address could not be found."
Help! I'm guessing it's a Windows issue and of course I need to access my Quicken data ASAP.

You need to provide your version of Quicken to get the appropriate response.

I suggest you download and apply the most recent Mondo Patch for your year of Quicken: http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quickenpatches.html

I downloaded the above Mondo patch and received a message that Quicken is not installed on my machine???
Weird that initially after installing Windows 10, I responded with my Intuit ID/password and could access Quicken. Now when it's asking for my Inutuit ID, it's not accepting it (see initial post).
Could it be that I'm being forced to upgrade to Quicken 2020?
    I'm not very technical (obviously!)

I suggest you perform a clean uninstall, install while disconnected from the internet and update.  If you haven’t already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/using-qcleanui-uninstall-quicken  To update Quicken, I still recommend you apply the Quicken 2016 Release 19.5 Mondo patch.
