What do question marks mean in One-Step Update Settings Window?

What do the question marks mean in the attached screenshot? Hovering over them just shows the name of the connection.

Selecting it allows you to change your password, for whatever reason!?

Thanks, but that doesn't answer my question. Why would changing a password be represented by a question mark? Why do only two of several accounts have question marks? Or to my original question, why are the question marks there? What do they mean?0

@Jay Gourley Most likely only the developers that originally put that in can answer that, and they might not even be around any more because it has been like that for years. And the developers do not answer questions here.
