Successfully downloaded transactions not appearing in the register - Amex

Hi

I just did an update online account for American express. The Connection Status window says "Last Connection Successful" and 47 new transactions downloaded (dated and timestamped a few minutes ago), but the transactions do not appear in my American Express register window.

Any suggestions on how i find those transactions?

(There were 46 new transactions downloaded from Citibank too - those DO appear in the Citibank register window)

    Have you checked that no filters are active? Click the clear filters button.

    Have you checked that the register is sorted by date? Click the Date column header.
