How do I handle foreign tax in quicken for Dividends

I bought the premier quicken since best for investments I thought but when downloading transactions from Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Quicken enters the amount less the foreign tax. That means at the end of the year quickens vs Morgan Stanley's 1099-Div amounts are off by the amount of foreign tax. How do I fix that?

Meant to be more specific - when quicken enters the Dividend amount it enters the net - dividend less foreign tax

Personally, I just wait until I get my 1099 from my broker and make the adjustment at tax time.  That said, my foreign taxes paid tend to be a small blip in my taxation so I don't try and fit it into Quicken.  Maybe someone else has a work around for this but wanted to give you how I deal with it.
  • Is it possible that is your broker? I use Schwab and I get two transactions: gross dividend and foreign tax as a minus
